All payments made on contest.rtci.co.in are for course fees, exam fees, or online test services.
Once payment is successfully made, it is generally non-refundable.
Refund may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment
Technical error resulting in multiple charges
To request a refund, contact us within 3 days of payment.
Refund requests after 3 days will not be accepted.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation Policy
Students may cancel their course or exam registration within 24 hours of payment.
Cancellation requests must be sent via email or phone.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
If cancellation is approved, refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
